oh my dear i am going to be got whats shal i do

Well i yell at the carer who came in too give meds to Mr H 92 who i also was doing for getting there tea for wife and him 92 and 93

who gave MR H his pills with out no water .Who then said the morning carer told her it was ok .So i told her water at all times .
got home complained to on call and office in morning

In meanwhile i left a note in book to say please give water with meds at all times and don,t teach other carers not to give water .Yes he will eat them he is 92 and does not know whats he is doing as well has no feeling due to a brain opp .He would not know if he had them stuck or they hurt would not rembember 5 mins afterwards .I also said to the girl who came in its poor care and negaance .And mean while leave a note in book for morning carer which said this .Please give water with meds at all times failing to do this is poor care and negalance and don,t teach other carers not too give water .


The morning carer comes in and told the 93 and 92 yr olds who had not a clue Then went to the Warden and told her .Which its nothing to do with her really as she is just the bluiding mangager .

Well me and daughter share the care i do this to help her .

i go in as planed to get them some tea and change bed odd jobs as you do .
Ekkkkkkk the warden was watching the door and in waiting and came and let me in .......She wanted a word ha ha and told me off i said to her the carer gave Mr H no water with meds so thats poor care and neganance Oh no she did not .aND SHE IS GOING TO HER BOSS ha ha Well i got there first i had rung on call and Office as it opened .tHEY KNOW I WAS NOT HAPPY Warden says the carer always gives water .Which i said no she does not thats why i am complaining .But i have proff that sometimes she does not give water as daughter say yes i have seen her do that .
Care firm boss has warden on phone and they want too go higher . ohh dear ha ha Well they never asked me for my number or who i was .HOW ARE THEY GOING TO GET ME THEN .

ohh my dear help what if they come for me arhhhhh he he ha ha Waiting for them to come .
going to be got but then they have not a leg to stand on .As giving pills with out water is not on .And can harm .

this a tricky one, was community care myself and no way anyone should not ask for ID,poor souls always water with pills,i see your case, post the outcome please.

been on too cqs to see what was what .

the pills would have to harm before negagance was the word of the day .

he said really maybe yes i was right but to re word it .

the carer would had too have done a medication exam and know the drug
then if she gave no water it would be fine other wise not .

maybe would have to re word it poor care as word nealangnce gos a long way .

so anyway someone will have to find out my name and number before they did anything .
and really they have no idea who i was
